After a 2 year enforced absence, the TT was back with a bang.
David Jefferies began as He left off - winning 3 races and pulverizing the outright lap record in the process - this time to over 127 mph.
We were also treated to the very rare spectacle a Manx rider winning a solo race when Richard "Milky" Quayle romped home in the 400 Lightweight TT.
Rob Fisher stamped his authority on the Sidecars with another double victory to become the most successful driver in TT history.
Ian Lougher was a double winner - 125 Ultra Lightweight and the newly introduced 600 Production TT.
He pushed team mate Jefferies hard in the Senior to become the second fastest rider ever around the Mountain course.
