left hander.

Rider:
Ian Lougher
Location: Ballaugh - Formula 1 TT - 31st May 2003
Camera: Canon EOS 1v - 300mm
Comments: Ian had a solid ride to second but today of all days it was
not in the script to beat Archie.
The Island is an extreme place to be during a race fortnight.
Extreme top speeds, extreme circuit length, extreme nightlife, extreme
weather and also it has to be said extreme cruelty.
How else could you describe it when David Jefferies, the TT's biggest
star of the new century, a rider that has re-wrote the record books is
killed in an horrific high speed crash during Thursday afternoon practice.
It was perhaps DJ's first accident around the 37& 3/4 mile Mountain
circuit and that to me just makes it so much worse.
My deepest sympathy to David's family.
